Cubs Couture Shipping Policy
This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of our products. By placing an order with Cubs Couture, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
It's important to be realistic with our processing times. If you anticipate a high volume of orders or create made-to-order items, be sure to factor that in.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within India:

Standard Shipping: 5 business days - Rs.100/-

Expedited Shipping: 3 business days - Rs.250/-

Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping for certain orders during festive season. Applicable to Terms and Conditions.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: NA.
Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 7-10 business days but can vary significantly depending on the destination and customs processing.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cubs Couture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cubscouture@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Clearly state your policy on shipping to P.O. boxes, as some carriers have restrictions.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cubscouture@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

7. Potential Service Interruptions
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.
